Fly Fishing
The Fly Fishing Section was adopted by the P.A.A. in 1983. Fly fishing for trout has a lengthy
history within the police service with early records going all the way back to the 30’s. The
Section has eleven regions working to provide local noncompetitive fishing for all members
(approx.1500) , whilst running Regional Championships…..Boat, Bank, River for those of a
more competitive nature.
